Everyone loves a parade!

Had some appointments to attend to this week, so we didn't get away to camp proper.

But it's the Big Ex this week, so we took the kids (-Capt Party Pooper) to the parade.

Jiesheng loved it! His first street parade.

Unfortunately didn't get to take many pics as I was to enthralled in watching his amazement at it all.

James, please make note of the robotic lawn mower.

Home again. Bye bye Yogi!

Left at noon. Easy drive back.

Park is insanely dead this year. I guess being the most expensive place around, kinda puts a dent in attendance.

Weather looks not too bad, eh? Same not still there.

The slumber party

So, the gang figures they'll have a sleet party on the pull out sofa and watch tv. Seems fairly benign. But at 2300, when they are still up and arguing, time to pull the plug!!

Funny, it's now 0900. I wonder why they are still sleeping????

Allows me the 0730 get up, get coffee (times 2 this morning, thank you!), play radio, etc. :)

Sun just coming up through fog. Great day to head home. Aargh!

Can ya beat BBQ for supper??

BBQ burger for supper. Just beef, nothing else. No additives, potions, elixirs, spices. :)

Drop a couple in ya. Just what the doctor ordered! :)

Bounce pillows and haircuts

We got the bounce pillow bounced out. After lunch, we headed to Greenwood Mall. Just some aimless wandering about. But one of us needed a haircut. So, snip snip. :)

Who steals another man's laundry basket??

So....

After everyone wakes up and I establish the laundry needs for the day, I went to the park laundromat and started a load. I left the laundry basket on the counter in the room. Safe, eh? You'd think.

Not so much.

I go back to move the load from the washer to dryer and sure enough, no basket.

Who steals a laundry basket from a counter in a small family park???

Yogi Bear morning

Came up yesterday after I got up from post night shift nap and set up. A few groceries at Superstore and all set.

Stir fry and rice for dinner.

Rough night getting JS to sleep!

I was up at 730, in time for net. Kade and JS up at about 915 to start the day. I think I hear nick inside prowling, but no signs of a head popping out yet

Grey day here. Let's see if it brightens up a bit.
